  • We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, however, should any of our products does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of purchase, provided that the product is unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.   • In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, you have a complaint about your item or would like a refund, please let us know as soon as possible and within 14 days of purchase at the latest. We will arrange for a full refund refund (including postage) or replacement at your choice. Please contact us via email at hello@roseandskin.com. quoting your name and order number and providing details of the damage including photos where applicable.
